At NuviaBlue.Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nuviablue.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nuviablue.store with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
